Martha is an ACE Group Fitness Instructor and holds specialty certifications in Barre Above, Balletone, TRX, Zumba, and Zumba Kids.
Meet Leigh O’Brien, one of the original founders of Clemson Fitness Company in 2017.
Gini found a love for dance aerobics many years ago. She has coached gymnastics, and taught creative movement for 15 years at a local preschool.
Melinda began teaching Balletone and Barre Above at CFC in 2019 and fell more in love with the gym, even though she didn’t think that was possible!
Amanda is certified in Barre Above and Balletone. It has been an incredible opportunity for her to combine her love for fitness and teaching at CFC!
Holly joined as a member of CFC as a Barre Above Instructor. She is also certified in Balletone and completed her Pumped Up Strength certification.
Chloe is a powerful, playful, and precise yoga practitioner and teacher who loves a thoughtful vinyasa sequence.
Traci has a passion for helping people, especially women over 35, discover the importance of strength training, flexibility, and mobility!
Sandy first stepped on her yoga mat 20 years ago to help alleviate back pain from running. She was hooked immediately and knew she wanted to teach.
Alexandra has completed Adaptive Yoga training, a Therapeutic Yoga certification, and a 200-hr Integrative Yoga Therapy training.
Brooke's goal as an instructor to encourage, inspire, and walk alongside each member to accomplish their overall health and fitness goals.
Marjorie has been in the fitness industry for 28 years and is a certified group fitness instructor through AFAA.
