Candace is an ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor and has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. With experience in many aspects of the industry, Candace’s first love and passion has always been teaching group classes. Candace holds certifications in Zumba, TRX, Yoga, and Step among others. Originally from Maryland and new to the area, she was looking for ways to meet people, make connections and, of course, continue teaching. This ledCandace to CFC where she immediately fell in love with the studio. Candace has 4grown children, a semi-retired husband and a rescued pitbull named Bosley whois “the best boy”.
