We’re so excited you’re here! Whether you’re brand new to fitness or just new to CFC, we want you to feel right at home from the moment you walk through our doors. Here’s everything you need to know before your first class!

Choosing Your First Class

What to expect

Our classes are high-energy, fun, and welcoming to all fitness levels. Your first visit might feel like a challenge, but don’t worry—we’ve all been there, and our instructors are here to guide and encourage you every step of the way.

What should I bring to class?

All equipment will be provided for you. Please bring water or refillable water bottle (water station available inside the studio), a towel, and a yoga mat if you prefer to use your own for barre and yoga (mats are available for no charge at the studio).

The studio opens 15 minutes prior to each class. Please arrive a few minutes early to class.  New clients, please arrive at least 10 minutes early prior to your first class to fill-out a waiver.

Yes! We offer class discounts for our 5 Class, 10 Class, and 20 Class packages. The more classes you prepurchase, the lower the cost of each individual class you attend using your package! We also offer a monthly unlimited class subscription!

If you know you are going to miss a class, you have up to 90 minutes prior to your booking to receive a refund. If there is an emergency that causes you to miss your scheduled class time, let us know and we will work with you to reschedule your class slot. Please review our Studio Policies for further information.
