Total Body Mat

In this mat based class, you will work your body from head to toe using low impact and highly effective Pilates inspired exercises. The workout focuses on strengthening and lengthening muscles to improve flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness.

We incorporate a variety of equipment such as light weights, looped bands, gliding discs, and Pilates balls to add variety and challenge to each session. This class is typically done barefoot to help you connect with the mat and engage your muscles fully, but you are more than welcome to wear shoes if you prefer.

Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a supportive environment to build strength and flexibility at your own pace.
