Barre

Barre is a full-body workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training into one energizing class. Designed to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch your muscles, each session targets your arms, legs, glutes, and core using small, controlled movements and high-repetition sequences.

We’ll kick things off with an upbeat warmup to get your heart rate up and your body moving. From there, you’ll move into focused upper body work using light dumbbells to build definition and endurance. Then it’s time to hit the barre, where you’ll engage in ballet-inspired exercises that isolate and challenge your lower body. Finally, we bring it down to the mat for core work and a deep stretch to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.
