kettleBEAT takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 45 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area while still maintaining a whole-body routine.

Step

This 45-minute cardio class uses a small raised platform (known as a “step”) to perform movements to raise your heartrate and improve strength and coordination. You will begin class with a warm-up, learn a few combos, and finish by cooling down and stretching. You won't want to miss this fitness party!

Total Body Mat

In this mat-based class, you will work your body from head to toe with low impact, highly effective pilates-inspired exercises! We will use a variety of equipment including light weights, looped bands, gliding discs, and pilates balls to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. This is a barefoot class but you are more than welcome to wear shoes if you'd like.

TRX

Developed by a former Navy SEAL, TRX suspension training is a fast, effective way to build total-body strength, balance, and core stability. This class challenges you from head to toe using the TRX system to boost strength, endurance, and stamina.

WERK

This class is a 45-minute cardio class inspired by elements of dance and aerobics set to popular music! You will alternate between higher cardio and lower cardio songs to allow for recovery. You don’t need any prior dance experience! If you are moving and having fun, that’s ALL that matters!

At CFC, we offer different styles of yoga classes. We offer Vinyasa Yoga, a more active yoga class, as well as Relax & Restore, a class focused on stretching, relaxing, and recovery. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and allow for plenty of modifications so you can have the best class experience possible!
